Do you combine shipping? Yes! we are always happy to offer combined shipping to help keep costs down. We prefer to use First Class Mail and Priority Mail for ease of use, delivery speed etc. Complete your purchases then click on estimate shipping cost. You combined shipping cost will then be displayed automatically for you.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses? Yes! Never a problem, however USPS Priority Mail is recommended for tracking of your package and a more prompt delivery.
Can I expect fast shipping? Yes! We normally ship within 1-2 business days, many times within same day. Now, we are somewhat rural on the farm here, so if anything unusual happens we may have to extend that rarely by a day (but we always let you know in advance). Also, keep in mind that any payments made Friday-Sunday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday.
I would like international shipping, is it offered? To be honest, my experience with International Shipping has been very mixed. I have shipped overseas and to Canada for over 5 years mostly with USPS - with a fair number of problems along the way, so I'm a bit hesitant to offer that. That being said, my international buyers all have been marvelous and I welcome them! I would ask that any buyer living overseas in countries other than Canada to please contact me first for shipping cost.
Is insurance included in your shipping charges? Yes! on anything over $25.00 in value or considered breakable or fragile we automatically have included the insurance in the shipping charge.For Items under $25.00 in value -we give you the option of selecting insurance or not. We ship all items with delivery confirmation and send you the tracking number at the time of shipping.
Can you guarantee your items are smoke and pet free? Yes, most our items are brand new and still in original packaging unless stated otherwise in the listing.
I wish to give the item as a gift to someone else. Will you ship to an alternate address? Yes! Just e-mail us with the address where you need the gift shipped to and we will invoice you for shipping to the recipient's address. When can I expect you to update your inventory? We add new items almost Daily! Check our inventory frequently. Often we don't even know what is coming next! When my book is shipped USPS Media Mail, how long will it take to receive it? Media Mail is the most inexpensive way to ship books and other media based items via the United States Postal System (USPS). However, it can be the slowest way to send packages. Transit times sometimes take as long as 3 weeks (or more). The time varies with destination and post office volume. Especially to Hawai'i and Alaska. I prefer Priority Mail for speed and ease of use as those packages usually arrive within 2-3 days to most areas and are far easier to track (APO and FPO addresses being the largest exception). First Class Mail is also quick.
What types of payment do you accept? We accept Google Checkout (GC) and PayPal primarily. We also will take money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks within the USA. Please keep in mind that personal check orders may be held until check clears (usually within 7-10 business days). We will also accept well hidden cash (fold inside of a piece of paper). If paying by cash, Always e-mail us and let us know so we can watch for it. For International buyers, we will only accept Google Checkout and PayPal at this time. What is your return policy? No matter what the reason is, we will accept the item back so long as it is in same condition when shipped to you. Your 100% satisfaction has Priority.
